Mellon Analaytical Solutions boosts client relationship management team

Mellon Analytical Solutions (MAS), the performance and analytics arm of Mellon Financial Corporation, has appointed Michael Simpson as a Client Relationship Manager.

Simpson joins Mellon from The WM Company, the financial performance measurement subsidiary of State Street Bank, where he was a Senior Client Relationship Manager within the UK Performance Division. Simpson was responsible for the management, co-ordination and development of business relationships and products, controlling revenues in excess of $1.5 million per annum.

In his new role, Simpson will report to Allison Langley, head of client relationship management for Mellon Analytical Solutions, and will be responsible for managing major client relationships and ensuring MAS continues to focus on providing exceptional client service.

Allison Langley comments: “We are proud to be regularly recognised as one of the industry’s ‘best in class’ providers when it comes to product excellence and client satisfaction. Michael’s experience and enthusiasm will bring new flair to our client relationship team and help us to continue to deliver on our promises to clients.”

Simpson’s appointment closely follows the appointments of Bella Jasani and James Edwards to the client relationship team. These appointments form part of a proactive recruitment drive which is a result of growing client activity.
