- Following feedback from our client base and staff we feel it will be more beneficial to move towards a client centric model with increased accountability and ownership on specific teams. Ultimately we will improve the service to our clients
- How will I know which team to direct my queries to?
- Clients with initials A to L will be dealt with on Team A, clients with initials M to Z will be dealt with on Team B

- You should go with the initial of the second word e.g. The XYZ Pension Scheme would be dealt with by Team B whilst the ABC Pension Scheme would be dealt with by Team A.
