1. Using our Website

• This Policy creates legal rights and obligations between you, Mellon Analytical Solutions, and the organisation for which you work. You (on behalf of yourself and the organisation for which you work) are deemed to accept this Policy by continuing to use our Website (this definition also includes our computer software and hardware systems accessible via the Website).
• Your use of any applications on the Website is also governed by the terms of any current agreement for the use of web-based products or services ("Products") that you have with Mellon Analytical Solutions or its associated companies. If any provision in any such agreement conflicts with a provision in this Policy, then the provision in the agreement prevails.
• If you want to use or disseminate any of the Website content to any third party you need our written consent, please Contact Us if you want to discuss this.

2. Defamatory Material and other Complaints

• Assisting you to navigate between different parts of the Website and various products you may subscribe to
• Saving unfinished settings and recording your preferences to save you time
• We may also, in circumstances where third party index data is provided to you, be contractually required to pass on your organisation and contact details to the third party vendor for licensing audit reasons.

In some circumstances may also require a direct licence from the index vendor to receive certain types of index data. 10. Jurisdiction

The laws of England and Wales govern this Policy and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales. The jurisdiction agreement in this paragraph is intended solely for the benefit of Mellon Analytical Solutions and Mellon Analytical Solutions reserves the right to issue proceedings in the Courts of any other jurisdiction.
