  • This Policy creates legal rights and obligations between you, Mellon Analytical Solutions, and the organisation for which you work. You (on behalf of yourself and the organisation for which you work) are deemed to accept this Policy by continuing to use our Website (this definition also includes our computer software and hardware systems accessible via the Website).
  • Your use of any applications on the Website is also governed by the terms of any current agreement for the use of web-based products or services ("Products") that you have with Mellon Analytical Solutions or its associated companies. If any provision in any such agreement conflicts with a provision in this Policy, then the provision in the agreement prevails.
